If we come to you, they never leave your home — everything is scanned on your table and we leave with digital files only. If you drop off at the studio, they stay in Pensacola: counted and receipted in front of you, kept in a locked studio, and never mailed anywhere. You’re welcome to sit and watch the scanning if you’d rather.

For a typical 400–750 photo collection, expect two to three hours on site. The scanner runs at roughly one photo per second, so the scanning itself is quick — most of the time goes into sorting and making sure every photograph is captured properly. Studio drop-offs are usually ready in a few days, depending on the queue.

Same scanning, same restoration, same USB. The difference is whether we’re driving to you — the in-home rate covers loading the equipment, the drive, and setting up in your house. If getting to Pensacola is easy for you, the studio lane costs less and has no minimum.

In Escambia and Santa Rosa counties — Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pace, Milton, Navarre — it’s 300 photos or $150, whichever is greater. For the extended area — Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Mobile, Gulf Shores, Foley, Daphne, Fairhope — it’s 750 photos or $400. Studio drop-off has no minimum at all.

We carry both a high-speed sheet-fed scanner for standard prints and a flatbed for anything fragile, curled, stuck together, or larger than the feeder can take. Nothing fragile goes through the feeder. On an in-home visit you’re standing right there, so you can pull anything out of the pile at any point.

We take a still portrait and generate a few seconds of subtle movement — a blink, a small shift, a hint of a smile. It’s deliberately gentle rather than dramatic. Ten are included with Legacy, or $20 per photograph as an add-on to any package.

$99 when you book, either lane, applied to your total. We count the collection together before anything else is charged, so the final price reflects what’s actually in the boxes rather than what you guessed on the phone. Collections are almost always bigger than people think.

Yes, and it’s a common one — especially for parents and grandparents around the holidays and milestone birthdays. Gift certificates are available in any amount, and we’re happy to coordinate the timing with you so the appointment isn’t a surprise to the person whose photographs they are.
